More team cooking and creation…
Last month we tried out the new Atelier Yves Mattagne which opened in February in the Tour & Taxis Exhibition and office complex. This new adventure in cooking is the creation of celebrity chef, Yves Mattagne, of Radisson Sea Grill fame.
“Here in 400m2 of cellars in a jewel of industrial architecture, constructed between 1904 and 1907, multi- starred Yves Mattagne chose to set up his Brussels Cookery School.
As you enter you pass a superb bar and go down to the kitchens where 4 separate cooking units await enthusiasts! This is where, under the watchful eye of a professional, these amateur chefs-for-the day put heart and soul into preparing their recipes. It goes without saying that at the end all 4 teams sit down together around the table to share their tasty interpretations of the different dishes. Both fun and educational…you leave feeling it was too short and you just want to come back for more”.
