COACHING
Span of Control at the Glass House

Het Glazen Huis, literally The Glass House (meaning greenhouse) is an experienced training and coaching centre; a remarkable place where trainings, events and meetings are offered an extra dimension. Its unique location, in the heart of the green & rural Veluwe region and the casual atmosphere, makes people feel at ease instantly.

Het Glazen Huis is also the initiator of a series of remarkable training concepts such as the ‘Span of Control’ where the authentic behaviour of horses is used as an instrument for leadership trainings. On a professional level, managers are constantly steering, pulling strings… here, being asked to literally steer horses and carriage themselves, their conduct, their actions and reactions will be closely observed and analysed. A truly enriching experience!
