What about the following Wellness itinerary:

Day 1
Arrival in Amman and transfer to one of the most spectacular natural and spiritual landscapes of the world, the Dead Sea. As the lowest point on earth, this vast, stretch of water receives several incoming rivers. Once those waters reach the Dead Sea, there is nowhere left to go and while they evaporate, they leave behind a dense rich mix of salts and minerals. These are used in some of the finest wellness products in the world. The lovely warm and mineral-rich waters of the Dead Sea have attracted visitors since ancient times to luxuriate in the rich, black, stimulating mud and to float effortless while soaking in the waters of the Dead Sea. This is also the best place in the world to go sunbathing as the vapour that rises from the continuously evaporating surface of the sea acts as a natural filter for potentially harmful UV-B rays. The air around the Dead Sea is also 8 per cent richer in oxygen than at sea level. Spending a day at the Dead Sea rejuvenates and restores mind, body and soul.

Day 2
Transfer to the Mujib Nature Reserve, where one of the hot freshwater springs that feed the Dead Sea is found, Hammamat Ma’in is a beautifull oasis on the edge of the edge of the Dead Sea. The lovely cascades of hot spring waters descend from the rocks to form natural thermal pools. The hot springs contain high concentrations of minerals and hydrogen sulfide. Since the days of Rome, people have come to the mineral springs of Hammamat Ma’in or Zarqa Ma’in for thermal treatments - or simply to enjoy a hot soak. After all, what better way to end a day immersed in history than in a wonderful, natural warm bath?

Day 3
Transfer to Amman for a visit to the Hammam, Turkish bath. This is a great way to discover a little more about the local culture. A Turkish bath is an Ottoman-style communal bathhouse, which was extremely popular throughout Jordan and the region ever since the Roman times. They consist of three main rooms, a cold room, a warm room and a hot room. A visit to the Hammam is a truly incredible experience for both mind and body. Another lovely place to pay a quick visit to is the King Hussein Park, where the Cultural Village is located. The Cultural Village highlights Jordan’s heritage through its handicrafts and culture including several studios for Arabic calligraphy, stone inscriptions, natural dyes and various other traditional crafts.
