It starts at arrival: a separate red carpet desk awaits MSC Yacht Club Passengers for an efficient check in, luggage is whisked away, a luxury welcome pack is handed over together with the card that will be your ‘open sesame’ on the entire ship. A ‘fleet’ of ultra polite yet smiling young butlers takes MSC Yacht Club passengers in charge and accompany them to their luxury accommodation. Two dedicated desk on the 15th & 16th floor of the ship house the 99 superior rooms and suites all with private balcony and all modern amenities needed.
Throughout the trip MSC Yacht Club passengers have 24 hr access to the MSC Yacht Club Lounge situated at the front of the ship with incredible views, interactive screens that tell you exactly where you are, or offer a selection of movies and/or games and of course food and drinks as much as you desire.
For those enjoying the sunshine a private deck with whirlpool is a welcome heaven of tranquility. A permanently staffed concierge desk helps passengers with all requirements or reservations; the butlers are continuously at disposal for last minute outfit crises or other housekeeping requirements…imagine the sheer luxury of somebody packing and unpacking your luggage in a professional manner!

For exclusive groups certain facilities can be privatized at specific times, but of course the Yacht Club remains the private domain of its VIP passengers!
