| Winter in Liège |
As usual Liège proposes a full and interesting programme of activities for the winter season.
Europalia is not only confined to Brussels. It reaches out to Liège too, with two interesting exhibitions:
1. Mirrors of China at Musée d’Ansembourg
In the setting of an eighteenth-century Liège town house, allow yourself to be guided along a photographic and literary tour in search of the traditional China, its myths and realities. From the Silk Road to the Miao minorities, images of landscapes, portraits and scenes from daily life present a China that is teeming with diversity.
2. Miao at Grand Curtius
The Miao are a people from the southwest of China without writing. They transmit their culture and relate their history via textiles, amongst other means. Their outstanding ancestral know-how in the domains of weaving, dyeing, batik, embroidering and metal working, means that to this day, each group of Miao can still create amazing clothing and jewellery, which will be different from one village to another.

| The Cube at Dolce La Hulpe, a unique experience! |
The Cube is the name of the Dolce La Hulpe Hotel’s excellent teambuilding facility, which is organised by Annapurna-Consult. In March of this year, it celebrates its second anniversary. And what a successful two years it has been! Over 6000 visitors have already been put to the task of saving the world in a 2-hour sensory activity in the confines of a ‘high security lab’ concealed in the bowls of the Dolce Hotel. All delegates survived their experience with a high degree of satisfaction: teambuilding goals were achieved, participants went home impressed by the originality of the event and the unique decors.
The Cube is an easily accessible venue located on the outskirts of Brussels in the beautiful woods surrounding Dolce La Hulpe. The combination of possibilities with the hotel and its many meeting and recreational facilities offers a unique venue & activity for all age groups and backgrounds... Brains and muscle are required to get out of the underground lab…everybody plays!
Combined with the outside activity ‘Lost’, The Cube can handle groups up to 200 participants. A great way to get to know colleagues and friends!
