The Switzerland Convention & Incentive Bureau and its partners are organizing a study trip to Lucerne and the Lake Lucerne region from 24 to 26 March. Register now and you will discover both the city and the lovely mountains beyond!

The trip starts in Lucerne: one of the country’s most beautiful cities. Located on the shores of a cobalt blue lake and surrounded on all sides by impressive alpine peaks, Lucerne comes with a cosy old town full of covered bridges, beautiful squares and brightly painted houses. It is also a modern city in the heart of the country. Its first-class infrastructure and wide choice of hotels make it a brilliant MICE destination.

Your hotel in Lucerne will be Grand Hotel National *****: a beautiful venue on the shores of the lake in the city centre, offering 41 luxurious rooms in Empire style. Seven meeting and event rooms offer an elegant setting for conferences of up to 280 guests, and it comes with a French restaurant and a splendid wellness centre.

The second day of your trip will take you out of the city and into the car-free winter sport area Melchsee-Frutt. This high valley, with sunny winter hiking trails and cross-country ski tracks, is flanked by two ski areas offering broad sunny slopes and a freestyle park.

Frutt Lodge & Spa Hotel
Your home away from home here will be the Frutt Lodge & Spa Hotel, housing 58 rooms, 6 junior suites and 3 suites offering great mountain views. The seminar rooms are located on top of the building, offering even better panoramas. The lodge comes with a beautiful spa as well.

The programme will be a varied one: offering lots of surprises and discoveries in Lucerne, great food, several site visits to the most interesting venues (including the brand new Bürgenstock Resort with a 10,000m² alpine spa 500m above Lucerne, 4 hotels and a 2,200m² conference center) and of course enough free time to hit the slopes. Take a look at the provisional programme here.

Interested? Don’t hesitate, fill in the registration form and return it to as soon as possible.

Note that this invitation is meant for professional meeting and incentive planners based in Belgium only, and that receiving the invitation does not guarantee you a place. Only a small group of people will be selected
