Hot News: Main Belgian MICE industry associations create BEEF!
Who will be elected as first president?

A spokesperson from one European associations commented, "Wouldn't it be great if we could do this at a European level? It would certainly make it easier for the European Commission and everyone else to understand exactly what the industry does".

There are strong rumours going around that BEEF's first President could be Mr.Sam van de Kerckhof, the Herman van Rompuy of the meetings & events industry. Watch this space....

The 3 Belgian Convention Bureaux - BCBforF&B, MPBWB & BI-TC - are said to be delighted at the news and are wondering if the business model is also applicable to them in these fragmented times with tighter budgets.
