No shows and cancellations – after December 5, 2026 (without a valid reason) will be charged 75 euro which will be transferred to a charity organisation.

Only 100 buyers will be admitted to the event, so don’t wait too long with your inscription!

Conditions to participate

I'll schedule in at least 10 appointments through an online agenda with my own choice of suppliers after I got the confirmation of my inscription.

(BBT will send you together with the confirmation the list of the 60 present suppliers so that you can schedule in very easily your appointments – takes 15 min max).

I'll stay for dinner at 8.30 pm together with the tombola with many great prizes.

Goodiebag or not?

I prefer that BBT will give a donation in my name of 40 euro to a charity organization.

I confirm that I’m a meeting, event or incentive planner in one of the following categories: Event Agency, PCO, an independent planner, I work for an Association/Corporate Company and I’m in charge for meetings and/or events. I organise a min. of 4 MICE events or 3 large events over 100 pax each year: meetings, incentives, conferences, congresses, seminars, roadshows. I am a decision maker or major influencer on venue selection for these events.

I agree that BBT Online may share my email contact to the attending suppliers of the b2b workshop in order to receive information and offers by email.
